Designed a themed park including customized playground roofs that represent famous Chicago skyscrapers, a water feature with a 40-foot custom mosaic wall, shaded picnic tables and a large open turf area for general play for 44th Ward, Alderman Tunney who had worked with the advisory council to develop plans for a new park in the underserved West Lakeview area costing $3.65 million.
