Redesign for a large rooftop amenity area for a 900 unit condominium building in Chicago. Added elements included: 

• sail shade structure,
• sail entry canopies over cabañas,
• new grill centers,
• new lounge area,
• added planters to delineate spaces,
• new color scheme for vertical and horizontal surfaces
