Chris Gent was principal of Chris Gent Landscape Studio, an award-winning practice focusing on designing sustainable, community-driven public spaces and residential landscapes for developers, park districts, municipalities, and homeowners. Before opening his own office, Chris spent more than 20 years working in the public sphere, providing service to the Chicago Park District, the Department of Cultural Affairs, and other City of Chicago agencies.

Mauro Crestani was principal of Mauro Crestani and Associates, as well as a principal partner of LCT Design Group. With more than 40 years of landscape architecture, land planning, and design management experience for a diverse range of clients, Mauro has dedicated his career to creating comfortable and visually pleasing landscape spaces that ensure optimal human use, preserve significant natural and cultural resources, and benefit the local community.
