Working with the Homeowners Association Landscape Committee to develop consensus on the overall redevelopment of their ageing landscape, ULC designed, oversaw the construction bid process, worked with the Property Manager to select a landscape contractor and managed the landscape installation.

Redesign for a large rooftop amenity area for a 900 unit condominium building in Chicago. Added elements included: 

• sail shade structure,
• sail entry canopies over cabañas,
• new grill centers,
• new lounge area,
• added planters to delineate spaces,
• new color scheme for vertical and horizontal surfaces

Provided landscape architectural plans and construction management for a historic bungalow in West Ridge, Chicago.  The landscape included a custom fence, bluestone patio, and landscaping that provides year-round interest

ULC developed plans to create a deck large enough for outdoor dining directly outside the kitchen and a large bluestone patio for larger social gatherings and landscaping in a very tight urban backyard.

Provided landscape architectural plans and construction management for a beach house in Beverly Shores, Indiana.  The landscape included a new pervious concrete driveway, bluestone walking path to the entry and landscaping that provides year-round interest.
